South Dakota High School Football - Platte/Geddes crushed by Parkston
October 4, 2024: Platte, SD 57369 Parkston Trojans (Parkston, SD) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Platte/Geddes Black Panthers (Platte, SD), 46-12 in a league battle.
With the win, Parkston improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Trojans host Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD) to play the Warbirds in a Southeastern South Dakota (9 Man) battle on Friday, October 11. The Warbirds go into the battle with a record of 6-0. Wolsey-Wessington won 38-14 in their recent league battle against Bon Homme (Tyndall, SD)
The Black Panthers now have a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Bon Homme for a Southeastern South Dakota (9 Man) battle on Friday, October 11. Platte/Geddes will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 38-14 league loss to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-5.
