Colorado High School Football - Cheyenne Mountain loses to Discovery Canyon
October 4, 2024: Colorado Springs, CO 80921 Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO), 22-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Discovery Canyon advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Thunder host Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO) to play the Rangers in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 26. The Rangers go into the battle with a record of 1-2.
The Red-Tailed Hawks now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Centaurus for a battle on Saturday, October 5. Cheyenne Mountain will play a Warriors team coming off a 12-6 non-league win over Mountain Range (Westminster, CO). The Warriors record now stands at 3-2.
