California High School Football - Granite Hills defeats Steele Canyon
October 4, 2024: El Cajon, CA 92019 In Friday's non-league match, the host Granite Hills Eagles football squad scored a good 51-21 victory over the Steele Canyon Cougars.
The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA). The Dons enter the non-league match with a 6-0 record. In their last bout, Cathedral Catholic beat St. Augustine (San Diego, CA), 35-0, in a league bout.
The Cougars now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Grossmont for a bout on Friday, October 11. Steele Canyon will encounter a Foothillers team coming off a 28-21 league loss to Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA). The Foothillers record now stands at 4-2.
