Colorado High School Soccer - Atlas Preparatory School toppled by Fountain Valley
October 4, 2024: Colorado Springs, CO 80911 Fountain Valley Danes (Colorado Springs, CO) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Atlas Preparatory School Gryphons (Colorado Springs, CO), 6-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Fountain Valley moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Danes travel to Dolores Huerta Prep (Pueblo, CO) to clash with the Scorpions in a 2A Black Forest test on Tuesday, October 8. The Scorpions come into the test with a record of 0-6. Dolores Huerta Prep lost 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Colorado Springs Christian (Colorado Springs, CO)
The Gryphons now sport a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 8. Atlas Preparatory School will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Lotus School For Excellence (Aurora, CO). The Pirates record now stands at 0-9.
