New York High School Volleyball - Goshen Central bounced by Cornwall Central
October 4, 2024: Goshen, NY 10924 Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Cornwall Central improves its record to 18-3 on the season. The Dragons host O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league test on Monday, October 7. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 9-2. O'Neill won 3-0 in their recent league test against Fallsburg (Fallsburg, NY)
The Gladiators now own a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warwick for a Section 9 Orange County II test on Monday, October 7. Goshen Central will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-10.
