October 4, 2024: East St. Louis, IL 62205 The Lutheran Crusaders volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host East St. Louis Flyers to 0 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Crusaders now have a 15-12 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Vernon for a non-league outing on Friday, October 4. Lutheran will play a Rams team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Harrisburg (Harrisburg, IL). The Rams record now stands at 8-13.
With the loss, East St. Louis drops to 3-14 on the campaign. The Flyers travel to Glenwood (Chatham, IL) to play the Titans in a non-league outing on Friday, October 4. The Titans come into the outing with a record of 13-6. Glenwood won 2-0 in their recent league outing against MacArthur (Decatur, IL)
