Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars (Cicero, NY) and the visiting Canisius Crusaders (Buffalo, NY), saw Cicero-North Syracuse's volleyball squad achieve victory over Canisius by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Cicero-North Syracuse improves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Northstars host Fayetteville-Manlius (Manlius, NY) to encounter the Hornets in a SCAC Metro challenge on Thursday, October 9. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 2-0.

Next, the Crusaders meet the St. Francis Red Raiders (Hamburg, NY) in a Monsignor Martin challenge, on Wednesday, October 8. Canisius will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
