Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Eastside improves its record to 14-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 12-5. Boiling Springs lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Dorman (Roebuck, SC)

Next, the Lancers meet the Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Legion Collegiate Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC).
