The Hornets now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Olfen for a 1A 6 Man 2 Region II District 6 (6 Man) outing on Friday, October 10. Blackwell will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 54-44 non-league loss to Brookesmith (Brookesmith, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-4.
