California High School Volleyball - Santa Ynez tips Burroughs
October 4, 2025: Santa Ynez, CA 93460 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Santa Ynez Pirates volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Burroughs Bears.
With the win, Santa Ynez improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Pirates travel to Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA) to face the Eagles in a test on Tuesday, October 14. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 11-1. Arroyo Grande lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against San Luis Obispo (San Luis Obispo, CA)
Next, the Bears meet the Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Burroughs will attempt to upgrade on its 13-10 season record.
