California High School Volleyball - Christian over Steele Canyon
October 4, 2025: Spring Valley, CA 91978 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Christian Patriots (El Cajon, CA) and the host Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA), observed Christian's volleyball team top Steele Canyon by a tally of 2-0.
The Patriots (15-8) will now prepare for their contest against El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Vaqueros enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, El Capitan beat Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA), 2-0, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Cougars face the El Cajon Valley Braves (El Cajon, CA) in a test, on Tuesday, October 7. Steele Canyon will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Braves go into the test with a 0-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA).
