California High School Flag Football - Garden Grove thwarted by Nuview Bridge
October 4, 2025: Garden Grove, CA 92840 Nuview Bridge Knights (Nuevo, CA) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Garden Grove Argonauts (Garden Grove, CA), 12-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Nuview Bridge advances its record to 1-10 on the season. The Knights travel to San Jacinto Valley Academy (San Jacinto, CA) to play the Wolves in a South Valley battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Wolves come into the match with a record of 8-1. San Jacinto Valley Academy lost 33-0 in their recent league match against Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA)
Coming up next, the Argonauts confront the Buena Park Coyotes (Buena Park, CA) in a match, on Monday, October 6. Garden Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record. The Coyotes come into the match with a 11-8 record after their 21-13 non-league loss to King/Drew (Los Angeles, CA).
