New York High School Soccer - Cathedral Prep knocks off Nardin Academy
October 4, 2025: Buffalo, NY 14222 In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Cathedral Prep Ramblers soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 victory over the Nardin Academy Gators.
The Ramblers (12-2) will now prepare for their outing against General McLane (Edinboro, PA). The Lancers come into the District 10 Region 4 test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, General McLane by McDowell (Erie, PA), 7-1, in a non-league test.
The Gators now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Mary's for a Monsignor Martin test on Wednesday, October 8. Nardin Academy will clash with a Lancers team coming off a 12-0 league win over Nichols (Buffalo, NY). The Lancers record now stands at 13-0.
