Colorado High School Football - Holy Family thwarted by Mead
October 4, 2025: Broomfield, CO 80020 Mead Mavericks (Longmont, CO) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Holy Family Tigers (Broomfield, CO), 50-26 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Mead improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Timnath (Timnath, CO) to play the Cubs in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. The Cubs go into the battle with a record of 5-0. Timnath won 43-28 in their recent non-league battle against Wellington (Wellington, CO)
The Tigers now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Timnath for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 1.
