October 4, 2025: Park Ridge, IL 60068 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Northside Mustangs (Chicago, IL) and the host Maine East Blue Demons (Park Ridge, IL), saw Northside's volleyball squad achieve victory over Maine East by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Northside improves its record to 9-13 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Taft (Chicago, IL) to meet the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 7-6. Taft lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL)
The Blue Demons now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host MCC for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 9. Maine East will meet a Crescents team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Uplift (Chicago, IL). The Crescents record now stands at 1-2.
