California High School Volleyball - Miramonte over Pittsburg
October 4, 2025: Pittsburg, CA 94565 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Miramonte Matadors volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Pittsburg Pirates.
The Matadors (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last test, Berean Christian went down by Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
The Pirates now sport a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Freedom for a test on Tuesday, October 7. Pittsburg will face a Falcons squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Liberty (Brentwood, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-5.
