October 4, 2025: Edwardsville, IL 62025 In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Christian Brothers Cadets soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Edwardsville Tigers.
The Cadets (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against Vianney (Kirkwood, MO). The Golden Griffins go into the non-league outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Vianney by Lindbergh (St. Louis, MO), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Alton Redbirds (Alton, IL) in a Southwestern outing, on Tuesday, October 7. Edwardsville will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Redbirds go into the outing with a 6-8 record after their 2-1 league win over Granite City (Granite City, IL).
