October 4, 2025: Lincolnshire, IL 60069 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) soccer team edged the visiting Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL), by a margin of 1-0.
The Patriots now hold a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Lake Zurich for a North Suburban - Lake challenge on Tuesday, October 7. Stevenson will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Bears record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Evanston moves to 2-9 on the year. The Wildkits host Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL) to encounter the Titans in a Central Suburban - South challenge on Monday, October 6. The Titans go into the challenge with a record of 9-8. Glenbrook South lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Cristo Rey St. Martin (Waukegan, IL)
