Kansas High School Volleyball - Maranatha Christian Academy Axtell
October 4, 2025: Axtell, KS 66403 Axtell Eagles (Axtell, KS) boosters left the game pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Maranatha Christian Academy Eagles (Shawnee, KS), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Doniphan West (Highland, KS). The Mustangs go into the Twin Valley test with a 12-9 record. In their last test, Doniphan West gained a win over Troy (Troy, KS), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now sport a 25-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leavenworth for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Maranatha Christian Academy will face a PIONEERS squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Topeka (Topeka, KS). The PIONEERS record now stands at 5-15.
