The John Curtis Christian Patriots tipped the host Benton Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Patriots now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they host Booker T. Washington for a non-league outing on Monday, October 6. John Curtis Christian will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Academy of Our Lady (Marrero, LA). The Lions record now stands at 7-4.
