October 4, 2025: Bakersfield, CA 93312 Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Liberty Patriots (Bakersfield, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bishop Montgomery advances its record to 17-5 on the season. The Knights host Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA) to face the Lancers in a Del Rey test on Tuesday, October 7. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 29-7. Bishop Amat won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Sacred Heart of Jesus (Los Angeles, CA)
Next, the Patriots play the Stockdale Mustangs (Bakersfield, CA) in a South Yosemite River challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 15-10 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 16-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Centennial (Bakersfield, CA).
