October 4, 2025: Wynot, NE 68792 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Wynot Blue Devils (Wynot, NE) and the visiting Clarkson/Leigh Patriots (Clarkson, NE), observed Wynot's volleyball team hold off Clarkson/Leigh by a count of 2-1.
The Blue Devils (14-3) will now prepare for their contest against Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, Elmwood-Murdock tipped Mead (Mead, NE), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Patriots now own a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Howells-Dodge for a non-league contest on Saturday, October 4. Clarkson/Leigh will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Wisner-Pilger (Wisner, NE). The Jaguars record now stands at 12-5.
