Florida High School Volleyball - Hernando Christian Academy can't hold off Delphi Academy
October 4, 2025: Brooksville, FL 34601 In Saturday's non-league match, the Delphi Academy Dragons (Clearwater, FL) volleyball team nipped the host Hernando Christian Academy Lions (Brooksville, FL), by a count of 2-1.
The Dragons (21-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bayshore Christian (Tampa, FL). The Faith Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Bayshore Christian got by Foundation Christian Academy (Valrico, FL), 3-1, in a league battle.
The Lions now own a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Angeline Academy of Innovation for a non-league battle on Monday, October 6. Hernando Christian Academy will encounter a Archers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Wiregrass Ranch (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Archers record now stands at 5-8.
