Colorado High School Volleyball - Lamar over Fowler

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lamar Thunder volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Fowler Grizzlies.

The Thunder (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against La Junta (La Junta, CO). The Tigers come into the 3A/2A Tri-Peaks challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, La Junta beat Ellicott (Calhan, CO), 3-0, in a league test.

The Grizzlies now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rye for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. Fowler will face a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Florence (Florence, CO). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 10-4.
