The Kentucky Country Day Bearcats volleyball squad (Louisville, KY), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY)

With the win, Highlands improves its record to 17-6 on the season. The Bluebirds travel to Oldham County (Buckner, KY) to encounter the Colonels in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 4. The Colonels enter the contest with a record of 13-6. Oldham County won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Bullitt East (Mt. Washington, KY)

Next, the Bearcats meet the Holy Cross Cougars (Louisville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, October 6. Kentucky Country Day will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 19-7 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Mercy (Louisville, KY).
