The Lodi Blue Devils edged the visiting Sun Prairie East Cardinals volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Blue Devils face the Columbus Cardinals (Columbus, WI) in a Capitol - North game, on Tuesday, October 7. Lodi will attempt to advance on its 13-12 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 7-12 record after their 3-2 league win over Poynette (Poynette, WI).

With the loss, Sun Prairie East drops to 14-15 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Madison Memorial (Madison, WI) to play the Spartans in a Big Eight outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 16-13. Madison Memorial lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Sauk Prairie (Prairie du Sac, WI)
