The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Quakertown Panthers (Quakertown, PA) and the visiting Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA), saw Quakertown's volleyball squad notch a victory over Lower Merion by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Quakertown improves its record to 3-5 on the season. The Panthers host Central Bucks East (Doylestown, PA) to encounter the Patriots in a Suburban One - Continental battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Patriots enter the contest with a record of 0-6.

Next, the Aces battle the Conestoga Pioneers (Berwyn, PA) in a Central contest, on Monday, October 6. Lower Merion will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Pioneers go into the battle with a 4-14 record after their 3-0 league win over Upper Darby (Drexel Hill, PA).
