Maine High School Volleyball - Mount Desert Island over Medomak Valley

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Mount Desert Island Trojans (Mount Desert, ME) and the host Medomak Valley Panthers (Waldoboro, ME), saw Mount Desert Island's volleyball squad achieve victory over Medomak Valley by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Mount Desert Island improves its record to 6-4 on the season. The Trojans host Hampden (Hampden, ME) to face the Broncos in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. The Broncos go into the test with a record of 4-6. Hampden won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Camden Hills (Rockport, ME)

Next, the Panthers meet the Gardiner Tigers (Gardiner, ME) in a Class C challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Medomak Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
