The Bulldogs now hold a 17-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hale County for a non-league match on Saturday, October 4. Montevallo will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-8.
The Stampede (8-11) will now prepare for their match against Hillcrest (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Patriots enter the non-league match with a 10-18 record. In their last match, Hillcrest was outscored by Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL), 3-0, in a league match.
