Varsity Opponent (, ) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting New Braunfels Thunder Homeschool (New Braunfels, TX), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Varsity Opponent improves its record to 207-514 on the season. The host Calvary Baptist Church Academy (Glen Burnie, MD) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Calvary Baptist Church Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Harford Christian (Darlington, MD)

Next, the Homeschool meet the Texas Serve Christian Cyclones (San Marcos, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. New Braunfels Thunder will attempt to upgrade on its 25-6 season record.
