October 4, 2025: Canton, MI 48187 Pewamo-Westphalia Pirates (Pewamo, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Plymouth Christian Academy Eagles (Canton, MI), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pewamo-Westphalia improves its record to 22-6 on the season. The Pirates travel to Marlette (Marlette, MI) to face the Red Raiders in a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Marlette lost 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Brown City (Brown City, MI)
Next, the Eagles play the Inter-City Baptist Chargers (Allen Park, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Plymouth Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 27-6 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Lutheran Northwest (Rochester Hills, MI).
