October 5, 2022: Mineral, VA 23117 The Orange County Fighting Hornets football team (Orange, VA), was knocked off 33-8 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA)
The Lions (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Western Albemarle was knocked off by Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA), 21-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Fighting Hornets now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monticello for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 19.
