October 5, 2023: Pine Prairie, LA 70576 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Tioga Indians football squad scored a big 49-0 victory over the Pine Prairie Panthers.
In their next game, the Indians clash with the Franklin Parish Patriots (Winnsboro, LA) in a 4A District 2 match, on Friday, October 13. Tioga will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 5-1 record after their 19-17 league win over Grant (Dry Prong, LA).
The Panthers (0-6) will now prepare for their match against Iota (Iota, LA). The Bulldogs enter the 3A District 4 match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Iota was crushed by Northwest (Opelousas, LA), 37-35, in a league match.
