October 5, 2023: Romeo, MI 48065 The Chippewa Valley Big Reds football team (Clinton Township, MI), was ripped 35-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Romeo Bulldogs (Romeo, MI)
The Bulldogs (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Grosse Pointe South trounced Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI), 30-8, in a non-league challenge.
The Big Reds now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Catholic Central for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 19. Chippewa Valley will meet a Shamrocks team coming off a 60-3 league win over St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 1-1.
