In their next game, the Wildcats face the Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 12. Great Bridge will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Bruins enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 27-12 non-league win over Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA).
The Cavaliers (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against King's Fork (Suffolk, VA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, King's Fork was overwhelmed by Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA), 14-12, in a non-league contest.
