Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Framingham Flyers (Framingham, MA), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Wamps confront the Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 14. Braintree will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Boxers enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 4-1 league win over Durfee (Fall River, MA).
