With the win, Veritas Christian Academy moves its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC) to battle the Lions in a Western Piedmont Athletic bout on Friday, October 6. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-2. The Master's Academy won 4-0 in their recent league bout against Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC)
In their next game, the Thunderbolts battle the Invest Collegiate Imagine (Asheville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 10. The Franklin School of Innovation will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Asheville Trailblazers (Asheville, NC).
