In Thursday's league contest, the LeRoy Panthers (LeRoy, IL) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Falcons (Gibson City, IL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Panthers face the Flanagan-Cornell Falcons (Flanagan, IL) in a Heart of Illinois contest, on Tuesday, October 10. LeRoy will attempt to better on its 13-10 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 6-19 record after their 2-0 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, IL).
