October 5, 2023: Plainfield, IL 60585 Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers (Wheaton, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL) in a Southwest Prairie match, on Tuesday, October 10. Plainfield North will attempt to advance on its 14-11 season record. The Bengals come into the match with a 2-17 record after their 2-0 league loss to Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL).
With the loss, Wheaton-Warrenville South falls to 15-11 on the season. The Tigers host Batavia (Batavia, IL) to meet the Bulldogs in a DuKane game on Tuesday, October 10.
