In Saturday's league game, the Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA) football team overcame the host Pen Argyl Green Knights (Pen Argyl, PA), by a tally of 42-15.

In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Palisades Pirates (Kintnersville, PA) in a Colonial-Schuylkill - B game, on Friday, October 11. Notre Dame-Green Pond will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 1-6 record after their 44-21 league loss to Palmerton (Palmerton, PA).
