October 5, 2024: Antioch, IL 60002 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL) and the host Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL), witnessed South Elgin's football squad knock off Antioch by a tally of 54-32.
The Storm (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bartlett (Bartlett, IL). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Bartlett was toppled by Harlem (Machesney Park, IL), 28-20, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Sequoits battle the Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 12. Antioch will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Scouts enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 44-14 non-league loss to Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL).
