With the triumph, Gilmour Academy moves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Lancers host Western Reserve Academy (Hudson, OH) to meet the Pioneers in a non-league match on Wednesday, October 9. The Pioneers come into the match with a record of 9-3. Western Reserve Academy won 1-0 in their recent non-league match against Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA)
The Green Wave now sport a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Padua Franciscan for a North Coast match on Wednesday, October 9. Holy Name will meet a Bruins team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Bay (Bay Village, OH). The Bruins record now stands at 3-11.
