Illinois High School Soccer - Alleman knocks off Macomb
October 5, 2024: Rock Island, IL 61201 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL) and the visiting Macomb Bombers (Macomb, IL), saw Alleman's soccer squad prevail over Macomb by a count of 4-0.
The Pioneers (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Geneseo (Geneseo, IL). The Maple Leafs enter the Western Big 6 battle with a 6-7 record. In their last battle, Geneseo by Metamora (Metamora, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bombers confront the Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 7. Macomb will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Rockets enter the battle with a 12-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Richwoods (Peoria, IL).
