New York High School Soccer - Maryvale Amherst Central
October 5, 2024: Amherst, NY 14226 Amherst Central Tigers (Amherst, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Maryvale Flyers (Cheektowaga, NY), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Amherst Central advances its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Williamsville East (East Amherst, NY) to clash with the Flames in a ECIC II test on Monday, October 7. The Flames come into the test with a record of 7-0.
The Flyers now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Shore for a ECIC III test on Wednesday, October 9.
