Ohio High School Soccer - Cory-Rawson toppled by Spencerville
October 5, 2024: Rawson, OH 45881 Spencerville Bearcats (Spencerville, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets (Rawson, OH), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Spencerville advances its record to 5-7 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Allen East (Harrod, OH) to clash with the Mustangs in a Northwest test on Monday, October 7. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-11. Allen East lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Fort Jennings (Fort Jennings, OH)
The Fighting Hornets now have a 1-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverdale for a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. Cory-Rawson will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 1-1 non-league Elida (Elida, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 8-7.
