Washington, DC High School Volleyball - Anacostia tips Woodson
October 5, 2024: Washington, DC 20019 The Anacostia Indians volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Woodson Warriors to 1 in the Indians league triumph on Saturday.
The Indians now have a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to McKinley Tech for a DCIAA outing on Tuesday, October 8. Anacostia will play a Trainers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC). The Trainers record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Woodson drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Banneker (Washington, DC) to play the Bulldogs in a DCIAA outing on Thursday, October 10. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 7-2.
