Louisiana High School Volleyball - Cabrini can't get by Live Oak
October 5, 2024: New Orleans, LA 70119 Live Oak Eagles (Watson, LA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Cabrini Crescents (New Orleans, LA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Live Oak advances its record to 7-13 on the season. The Eagles travel to Zachary (Zachary, LA) to face the Broncos in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Broncos go into the test with a record of 7-5. Zachary lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against St. John (Plaquemine, LA)
The Crescents now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy for a non-league test on Monday, October 7. Cabrini will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Barbe (Lake Charles, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-12.
