The Rams now possess a 7-11 record. They play next when they host Wewahitchka for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 8. Rutherford will clash with a Gators team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Jefferson County (Monticello, FL). The Gators record now stands at 10-6.
With the loss, Covenant Christian drops to 0-10 on the campaign.
