October 5, 2024: Oakland, IA 51560 Riverside Bulldogs (Oakland, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Glidden-Ralston Wildcats (Glidden, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Riverside improves its record to 22-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host IKM/Manning (Manning, IA) to face the Wolves in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 8. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 9-13. IKM/Manning won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Lawton-Bronson (Lawton, IA)
The Wildcats now own a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Monona for a test on Saturday, October 5. Glidden-Ralston will face a Spartans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove (Ida Grove, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 13-11.
