California High School Volleyball - Kennedy can't hold off Hanford West
October 5, 2024: Delano, CA 93215 The Hanford West Huskies edged the host Kennedy Thunderbirds volleyball squad by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
With the win, Hanford West improves its record to 16-9 on the season. The Huskies travel to Dinuba (Dinuba, CA) to face the Emperors in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Emperors go into the test with a record of 11-9. Dinuba won 3-0 in their recent league test against Tulare Union (Tulare, CA)
The Thunderbirds now own a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wasco for a South Sequoia test on Tuesday, October 8. Kennedy will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over McFarland (McFarland, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 17-4.
